Located in Prattville, just 8 miles north of Alabama's state capitol, Capitol Hill features three 18-hole championship courses. With more than 1,500 acres of golf and nature, the pure magnitude of this facility is amazing and allows each course to be drastically different from the others. Capitol Hill also features an innovative 360-degree driving range 400 yards in diameter.

Experience Required

• Prefer 1-2 years of experience in the golf industry
• Basic knowledge of daily golf course operations, USGA rules, golf swing techniques and the game of golf
• Ability to play the game of golf at a high level

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Golf, Head Golf Professional with overall golf operations
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Sunbelt's policies and applicable laws
• Must be flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Assist in directly supervising multiple full-time and seasonal employees in golf operations
• Active manager on duty responsibilities in absence of Director of Golf and Head Golf Professional
• Provide highest level of customer service at all times
• Participate in cash handling activities
• Oversee organized golf events
• Participate in Junior Golf clinics, and teaching activities
• Active responsibility in golf shop sales and inventory control
• Assist with any other areas as required
