Overview

Hobe Sound Golf Club, a premier private club located on Florida's Treasure Coast, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Golf Professional to join our professional staff for the 2025-2026 winter season.

The Assistant Golf Professional will play a key role in providing a first-class golf experience for our members and guests. This individual will assist in all areas of golf operations including tournament administration, merchandising, instruction, and member engagement.

Experience Required

• PGA Class A Membership (or actively pursuing Class A status)
• Prior experience at a private club or resort environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of golf shop operations, event management, and golf instruction

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day golf operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests
• Support the Head Professional and professional staff with tournament preparation and execution
• Contribute to golf shop merchandising-receiving, inventory control, sales, and display presentation
• Provide private and group instruction to members and guests
• Play with members and actively engage with the membership on and off the course
