At Lancaster Country Club, our mission is to treat you so well you don't want to leave, but to train and prepare you so that you can go anywhere you desire. We are seeking an Assistant Golf Professional who is willing to bring a "team first" attitude and contribute as a part of our Professional Staff. The role may be seasonal or full time depending on the candidate's winter plans.

Experience Required

Preferred Experience and Qualities Include:

• 1+ Year as an Assistant Golf Professional preferably in a high-service, private club setting.
• PGA Class A member, or an Associate nearing election.
• Basic understanding of Golf Genius.
• Experience with Northstar POS System or similar.
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Well-groomed and neatly presented.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Essential Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provide exceptional service on a daily basis, exceeding the expectations of members & guests.
• Collaborate with the Professional Staff constantly and consistently.
• Assist with MGA, 9 & 18 Hole WGA, mixed, junior, and outside programming.
• Contribute to all aspects of the Golf Shop operation.
• Deliver private instruction to members, as requested.
• Ambassador for the Club both on and off of the club's campus.
• Continue personal and professional growth throughout the year.
• Maintain good standing with the PGA of America.

Compensation includes:
