Overview

The Assistant Golf Professional is responsible for ensuring that the highest level of service, professionalism, and hospitality is delivered to members and guests. This position manages tournaments, instruction, merchandising, and the golf shop operation, while promoting a culture of excellence consistent with the Club's mission and values.

Experience Required

• High School Graduate
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in golf operations, preferably within a private club environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for service excellence and member engagement.

Direct and coordinate all golf shop operations, including tee time management, and tournaments.

• Ensure compliance with all Club policies, rules, and standards.

Tournaments & Member Engagement

• Plan and execute a robust and diverse golf event calendar, including member tournaments, leagues, clinics, and special events.
• Collaborate with the professional staff to continually enhance the member experience.

Communication & Collaboration

• Communicate effectively with members, committees, and management to ensure smooth operation of the golf program.
