Cobbs Creek is more than just a golf course-it's a civic asset dedicated to equity, excellence, and opportunity.We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Assistant Golf Professional to join our golf operations team. The ideal candidate is passionate about the game of golf, thrives in a hospitality-driven environment, and is committed to delivering an exceptional experience to guests and the community. Compensation: Up to $55,000 annually plus lessons.

Experience Required

- Assist with daily golf operations, including tee sheet management, guest check-in, and payment processing through Golf365 Premiere POS.- Reconcile daily tee sheets, address discrepancies, and track no-shows and force posts.- Support golf shop operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment.- Assist with merchandising, sales, and coordination of purchase orders in partnership with the retail team.- Prepare and coordinate tournament and outing materials, including scorecards, cart signs, rules sheets, and pairings.- Actively promote and support all campus golf activities, programs, and events.- Provide instruction, clinics, and player development opportunities as directed.- Support training and mentoring of staff and shop assistants.- Incorporate safe work practices in all tasks and ensure compliance with operational procedures.- Other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operation of the golf program.
