Overview

Eagle Ridge Golf Club is a high traffic, semi-private 18-hole facility. Part of the Fred Smith Company, there are also two other golf courses (Riverwood, Olde Liberty) along with five Athletic Clubs in our portfolio. ERGC will host around 57,000 rounds this year and supports nearly 1,500 avid golfing members among the three courses.

Experience Required

Minimum of two years in golf operations is a requirement. Candidate must have a strong skill set in golf operations, customer service, and ability to work well in a team environment. PGM Associate registration is recommended but not a requirement.

Essential Responsibilities

Candidate will assist the Head Golf Professional in all aspects of the golf operation, including:

-Tee time management using Jonas software

-Golf cart fleet management

-Range operations

-Part-tme inside and outside golf shop staff management

-Point of sale customer interactions including sales of merchandise, club repair, club fittings, and instruction

-Onboarding new members as well as maintenance of exiting memberships

Candidate must have working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, etc), Google docs, and Golf Genius
