Overview

Bloomington Country Club is an exclusive private club located in Central Illinois with a rich history dating back to 1896. This opportunity will provide the selected candidate with a hands on experience in all facets of the Golf Operation. It will enable the individual to learn, grow, and prepare them for a future role as Lead Assistant Golf Professional. An emphasis on the Member Experience, Tournament Operations, Jr. Golf, Merchandising, and Staffing will be a priority. An adequate work/life balance will be taken into consideration with this position. Position start date is March 1st 2026!

Experience Required

• Private Club experience preferred
• 1+ years experience in the Golf Business

Essential Responsibilities

Assist with all aspects of the Golf Operation with specific responsibilities related to, but not limited to:

• Tournament Operations
• Jr Golf Program
• Men's & Women's Leagues
• Merchandising
• Tee Sheet Management
• Staffing
• Member/Guest Registration
• Teaching
• Playing with Members/Guests
• Golf Shop Operations
