Big Foot is a private country club located in Fontana, WI just minutes away from Lake Geneva with 18 holes of Championship golf, tennis, and newly renovated golf course and club house. Big Foot is also one of the top private clubs in the state of WI.

Big Foot Country Club is look for a qualified Assistant Professional for the 2026 season. This position is seasonal which may lead to a year round salaried position.

BFCC has a long standing history of taking care of their Assistant Professionals. We also stress the importance of "quality of life" for our staff when it comes to days off, hours worked, and family.

Experience Required

• PGA Member or Associate in good standing
• Excel, Word, Outlook
• POS software (Club Essential)
• Tournament Software (Golf Genius)

• Dedicated to providing both members and guests a first class golfing experience
• Team-first player capable of multi-tasking and working in a fast paced environment
• Self-motivated and passionate about the game of golf
• Professional appearance with strong communication and characted traits
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of the game of golf, rules of golf, golf facility operations and tournament operations.

Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Welcome all members and guests in the golf shop and around the club
• Assist in all aspects of the golf operation including golf shop operations, tournament set-up and execution, Instruction, and outside operations.
• Act as an ambassador to the club while bringing positivity, energy, and enthusiasm daily.
• Assist with placing/receiving special orders throughout the season
• Display excellent communication skills
• Support BFCC Junior golf program with weekly clinics and instruction
• Track and verify all rounds of golf which includes guest fees, cart fees,bag storage and other necessary charges
• Oversee the operations of a well managed practice facility
• Support golf staff playing golf with a variety of members and or guests as time permits
• Assist in managing and overseeing cart/caddie programs as they relate to golf services
• Ensure the proper storage, safety, and cleaning of golf equipment, including rental and demo clubs
• Oversee golf cart fleet while ensuring proper maintenance and recordkeeping
