Cobblestone Creek Country Club is a private full service country club located in Lawrenceville, NJ.

18 Hole Championship Coure (Bobby Weed 2018)
Full Driving range and short game facility.

Successful Candidate will assist in all aspects of the golf operations. Tournaments, Club fitting, merchandising, Teaching and some outside operations.

1. 18 members of a Golf Staff

2. Cart Fleet management - 60 carts

3. Practice facilities - Separate short game and driving range

5. Play with members and local events

6. Assist in group instruction

Position begins March 15th, 2026 (Approximatley 40 weeks on site)

Reports to Director of Golf, Michael LaBrutto

General Assistant Golf Professional Duties and Tasks

Classification: PGA Associate

Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations to follow.
Knowledge and understanding of typical golf course procedures. Fully knowledgeable of all opening and closeout procedures of the Golf Pro Shop.

Familiar with all aspects of tournament set-up, including Golf Genius, scorecards, golf car tags, proximities, staging area set-up and billing charges.

Keep Golf Pro Shop counter and club repair area neat, clean and organized at all times.

Stays up-dated and current on all upcoming club events.
Maintain playing ability and work to stay competent in all areas of the game.

Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe working environment, with emphasis on promoting employee health and safety.

Knowledge of and ability to perform required role during emergency situations.

Physical Demands and Work Environment- Sufficient stamina to tolerate hot, cold, humid and rainy outdoor weather for several consecutive hours.

Able to meet and perform the physical requirements and to work
effectively in an environment which is typical of this position. Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping and pulling. Frequent repetitive motions. Continuous standing and walking.

Experience Required

Clear knowledge of a private country club golf operations. Costumer service oriented background.

Essential Responsibilities

Strong interpersonal skills, organized and shows leadership qualities.

Proficient in Club Fitting and Tournament Operations using Golf Genius.
