Assistant Superintendent

Jacaranda Golf Club - Plantation, FL

Jacaranda Golf Club, a premier 36-hole facility located just 30 minutes west of Fort Lauderdale, is seeking a motivated and ambitious Assistant Superintendent to join our golf course maintenance team. We are in the first phase of a multi-year renovation project that includes upgrades/renovations to both golf courses, the clubhouse facilities, and our maintenance equipment fleet. As one of five properties within our company's portfolio-and continued plans for expansion-Jacaranda offers an excellent opportunity for a driven turf professional eager to grow into a future Golf Course Superintendent.

Jacaranda - East Course is completing a turf re-grassing from seashore paspalum to Bimini bermudagrass, full bunker rebuild, pond bank restoration, coquina installation, and practice facilities enhancement. The West course will follow a similar renovation plan in 2026.

• 2- or 4-year degree in Agronomy, Turfgrass Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years of turfgrass management experience.
• Ability to obtain a Florida pesticide license.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Spanish speaking ability is a plus.
• Passion for the golf industry with a strong ambition to advance into a Superintendent role.
