Hello Coaches,

The U.S. Kids Golf National Academy at Longleaf Golf & Family Club is in search of a great kids coach to join our family. If you have a passion for getting kids to fall in love with the game of golf this could be the perfect fit for you.

We coach over 800 different players each year between the ages of 3-18. From the true beginner that has never picked up a club to players that have multiple top 5 finishes in the World Championships. We are the leaders in Game Based Learning, and our goal is to have fun getting kids and families to fall in love with the game we love so much.

The position of the U.S. Kids Golf National Academy Assistant Director is a full-time position based at Longleaf Golf & Family Club in the Southern Pines, NC. The position requires an experienced youth golf coach who is energetic and has a personal desire to help U.S. Kids Golf in its Mission, "To help kids have fun learning the lifelong game of golf and to encourage family interaction that builds lasting memories."

Coaching young players is my passion and the joy I get from watching a player fall more in love with the game is unmatched. If you are interested in learning more about what we do, I would love to meet you!

Essential Responsibilities

Head Coach

• Oversee day-to-day operations of classes, schedules and customer service
• Coach classes and camps - minimum of 5 Player Pathway classes per week
• Implement and refine Player Pathway games, forms and skills for all Levels
• Manage inventory of Coach supplies
• Enhance member/Academy relations through events, classes & lessons
• U.S. Kids Golf Demo days
• Assist with Player Pathway & App development
• Ensure indoor space is utilized throughout the year
• Assist with club fittings

Golf Shop

• Assist with member events as needed (Member-Guest, Junior Club Championship)

Tournaments

• Sandhills Local Tour
• Parent/Child tournaments
• Regional and World Championships at Longleaf
