Advanced Gastroenterology Opportunity in Fayetteville, Arkansas

Step into a high-volume, subspecialized GI practice designed for immediate impact and long-term growth. This Advanced Gastroenterology position offers procedural autonomy, robust referral volume, and leadership potential within a supportive, hospital-employed model. You'll perform ERCP and EUS from day one while also shaping the future of advanced GI care in a rapidly growing market.

Practice Overview

• You'll join a team of two full-time gastroenterologists and two APRNs in a hybrid model with outpatient clinic, hospital practice, and ASC access
• Dedicated staffing includes RNs, a referral coordinator, MA, scheduler, and prior auth specialist
• Practice mix includes ERCP, EUS, stenting, retrievals, colonoscopies, and EGDs
• Advanced GI volume is high; previous physician performed 90 ERCPs in six months

Schedule

• Weekly structure includes 2 days of outpatient procedures, 3-4 inpatient cases/day during call, and clinic time
• ASC block time guaranteed with dedicated anesthesia and equipment
• Leadership opportunities available in expanding GME programs

Compensation & Benefits

• Total compensation ranging from $480,000 to $885,000 based on quality and productivity
• High earning potential through wRVU bonuses fueled by 300-400 patient referral backlog
• Relocation assistance and a generous sign-on bonus included
