Office of the SVC and Provost - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (25007031)
The Undergraduate Team within the Office of the Provost is responsible for advancing undergraduate education, student success initiatives, and curricular innovations impacting the 25,000+ undergraduate students enrolled across all of the University of Pittsburgh's schools, colleges, and campuses. A highly collaborative team, many initiatives crosscut internal units including the Student Success Team, the Educational Outreach Center, the Pre-Health Resource Center, and Academic Support Services for Student Athletes. As well, the team works closely with students, advisors, faculty, and administrators in all of the University's schools, colleges, and campuses; the Graduate Studies Team within the Office of the Provost; and other Pittsburgh Campus units including the Office of the University Registrar, the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid, Student Affairs, and the University Center for Teaching and Learning. The team prioritizes student-centric efforts to enhance the student experience and academic operations of the University in support of Pillar 1 of the Plan for Pitt: We will Cultivate Student Success.

Job Summary
Performs administrative assistant support work of moderate complexity.
Essential Functions
Manages complex calendaring, scheduling, and meeting coordination for multiple senior leaders. Arranges meeting logistics, prepares agendas and materials, provides technical support, and coordinates special events. Serves as primary liaison between the Undergraduate Team and university constituencies, including faculty, staff, students, and external partners. Performs sophisticated administrative functions independently, including expense reconciliation, travel arrangements, and budget support. Prepares and edits technical documents, financial reports, presentation materials, and correspondence. Manages office operations, maintains department website content, and identifies process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
