Our team is seeking a motivated individual looking to advance their career as a 2nd Assistant Superintendent in the golf course management industry. As a 2nd Assistant Superintendent, you will work closely with the Assistant superintendent and Director of Agronomy overseeing the maintenance and management of the course. This role requires a good understanding of turf management practices, irrigation systems, and equipment operations. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the industry, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and implementing agronomic practices to maintain the golf course

- Supervise and train maintenance staff

- Maintain irrigation systems and troubleshoot any issues

- Perform pesticide and fertilizer applications as needed

- Monitor course conditions and make recommendations for improvements

Job Requirements:

- Degree or certification in turf management or related field

- Previous experience working on a golf course maintenance team

- Knowledge of turf grass varieties, irrigation systems, and equipment operation

- Strong communication and organizational skills
