Overview

The Assistant Golf Professional will be actively involved in all aspects of golf operations, with a strong emphasis on instruction, junior programming, golf shop management and member engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in daily golf operations and golf shop management

- Teach private lessons and group camps & clinics

- Lead and grow junior golf programs

- Assist with ladies clinics and beginner programs

- Support tournaments, events, and outings

- Provide a welcoming and professional member experience

What We're Looking For:

- PGA Associate or interest in pursuing PGA Membership preferred

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Passion for teaching and player development

- Energetic, self-motivated, and team-oriented

- Comfortable working with juniors, beginners, and members of all skill levels

Experience Required

2 years Country Club Golf Experience
