Overview

Hidden Valley Country Club is a private club in Southwest Virginia with a full membership of 500 golfing members, that play 23,000 Rounds a year. The club is 18 holes of rolling terrain that has hosted multiple VSGA Championship. We have a full teaching facility with a launch monitor, 3 bays, and putting green. The teaching center is heated and used throughout the entire year.

Experience Required

• Knowledge of the game of golf, the rules of golf, golf facility operations, and tournament operations
• Experienced in using Jonas POS System, Golf Genius, Microsoft word, outlook, and excel.
• A credible golf game for playing with members and section events.
• Desire to advance within the industry

Essential Responsibilities

• Professional will be responsible for supporting all areas in the golf operation. This will provide the ability to utilize their skills to deliver a "best in class" product for members and guests.
• Professional will be included in decision making and be a part of the Team.
• Professional will receive support to grow in their career, including an education allowance and direct coaching and mentoring from the Head Professional.
• Professional will have the ability to provide individual lessons to Adults and Juniors and create and manage a Junior Golf Program
• The Professional will be expected to play golf with a variety of Members which will build relationships and provide an opportunity for the Professional to improve / maintain their golf playing skills.
